Handcrafted vintage Tonalá, Mexico folk art pottery rabbit featuring traditional cobalt blue floral and spiral motifs with iron oxide accents. This charming mid-century piece is burnished white clay with hand-painted detailing and expressive features typical of Tonalá animal figurines from the 1960s–1980s.
Rabbits are a less common and highly collectible form in Tonalá pottery. The hand-applied brown edging on the ears and feet is part of the original decorative technique and not damage.
Unglazed clay base. No chips or cracks. Excellent vintage condition.
Approx. 7 inches long.
