A great selection of central and south American coffees that are slow roasted to make a delicious cup of coffee without the bitterness and acidity. People have been enjoying Mavericks House for 20 years. It’s good! About the Coffees: Sourced from specific origins for each variety of coffee. There are no additives or pretreatments. Certified organic and Non-GMO through the USDA NOP program inspected and tested by USDA compliance certifier CCOF. Taste: Each slow roasted coffee will have a rich all natural flavor and body. The slow roasting removes the non-volatile acids, which are precursors to bitterness and fruity flavors. Bold enough to work well with cream, but the natural coffee flavor is smooth on the palate with a moist sweet finish. No cream is necessary! Brewing:Works well as iced coffee, cold brew, toddy, and other cold brew extraction methods. Mavericks slow roasted coffees are among the best scoring coffees by pH in the entire specialty coffee industry.
